General Policy: Due to the nature of charitable donations, refunds are not allowed for donations made.
Exceptions: In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund if a significant error has occurred, such as a duplicate charge or a donation made in error.

3. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 days of the refund request. Amount will be credited to the donor’s bank account within 7-10 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
